PupBooker is made by one person. That is the whole support department, so answers are not instant, but they come from someone who can actually change the app.

You have filled up the free plan

The free plan holds 15 clients. If you have reached it and need more room, say so below and it will be opened up for you. Paid plans are not open yet while the app is in testing, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to enter. Tell me roughly how many clients you keep and I will set it high enough to stay out of your way.

Something is broken

Worth including if you can: what you tapped, what happened instead, and your phone model. A bug in an appointment book is worse than a bug in most software, because the thing it loses is somebody's working day.

You want it to do something it does not do

Feature requests are genuinely welcome and several are already in from groomers. Recurring appointments and blocked-out time are being built now. Card payments, staff rotas and online client booking are not in the app today, so if one of those is what you need, it is fairer to say so than to let you find out later.
